Our Work Category: Showcase
‘Just Meet for Business’
The brief
Just Eat were launching a new sector of their brand aimed at corporate clients called Just Eat for Business. The aim of this event was to showcase what the new service does, network with sales teams and sample the food options on offer. SEVEN had the problem of bringing these elements to life all under the same roof.

The details
SEVEN consulted their creative team to coin the event name ‘Just Meet for Business’ to reflect the networking aspect of the event.

The client wanted the setting to emulate an office environment to demonstrate how the concept works seamlessly in real life, so our team sourced a blank canvas venue in Shoreditch that was easily accessible for their target audience.

SEVEN then set to designing the branded elements and worked with the Production team to transform the venue and create an impact. Starting with a punch, the entrance showcased the Just Eat brand and key event day details with bespoke window vinyls, digital totem and a large LED screen leading guests into the main event space. The venue was then designed to reflect the customer’s journey. The setup started with an office area featuring ordering demos, packaging props and comfortable lounge seating. Guests then moved onto the five vendor stands serving a range of freshly served food from Greek cuisine to Indian street food with a circular bar in the middle. The journey finished with a catering area for guests to enjoy the food along with some networking.

SEVEN’s digital team helped to prepare the content in advance of the day and our onsite AV team supported Just Eat for Business to seamlessly execute the speeches and giveaways spread throughout the event.

Thank you, thank you, thank you. The event went beyond our expectations. It was very clear it was in the hands of professionals – you seamlessly brought the event to life. When are we doing the next one!
Quintessential Britian meets Abu Dhabi
The brief
Our client wanted to bring Abu Dhabi to the UK to showcase what the destination has to offer. By running the event in the UK, they wanted the setting to be quintessentially British, but also incorporate Abu Dhabi so the tour operator guests could return to their offices and sell the destination to potential clients. The event needed to be memorable and showcase Abu Dhabi as the hot destination to be.

The details
Bringing camels to Coworth Park is definitely an example of where SEVEN thought outside the box to give an impact and taste of the destination from the first touch point. As we had exclusive use of Coworth Park for the event, it gave an opportunity to be creative with the space and really bring Abu Dhabi to life in a quintessentially British location. The meeting rooms were transformed with high-end AV equipment, from spherical screens around the room, to simple uplighters transforming the look of the space, with content on the screens changing throughout.

Activities were incorporated during the program to break up the 1-2-1 meetings such as learning about Abu Dhabi coffee, making your own perfume scent, experiencing birds of prey, and also watching a game of traditional polo on the horse-polo fields at Coworth Park. The event also included unique lunches and dinners throughout the three-day showcase. This gave an opportunity to be creative with the catering, showcasing local cuisine, whilst also adding entertainment elements from Abu Dhabi.

Just wanted to say a massive ‘Thank you’ to everyone involved in organising the Showcase! I would have to say, probably one of the best Showcases I have ever attended. Everything was so well organised and filled with so many amazing details and surprises.
A French escape
The brief
Every year, our client BW host a select group of clients during the MIPIM event in Nice. Our task was to create an event that facilitates networking, while providing a special evening for guests away from the hustle of bustle of Nice where the MIPM show takes place. It’s very important that the invite is deemed exciting to attract the very best prospects by ensuring it’s the hottest invite around.

The details
To fulfil the brief of offering an event away from the hectic conference, SEVEN worked with Alain Llorca Hotel and Restaurant in the hills of Nice, near the small village of Saint Paul de Vence.

The guests were transported by private coach with a guide to the venue where they were welcomed in the hotel gardens with a champagne and canapes reception. The key to this event was excellent service and attention to detail; from champagne sabering taking place in front of the guests, to the beautiful table settings. To make this event more special for the guests, we organised a private game of the French classic, Petanque, with a healthy bit of competition to get people talking. The guests then moved indoors to a private terrace with stunning views for a banquet dinner at this Michelin Star restaurant. To enhance the event even further we included a post-dinner drinks trolley and buggy transfers for those guests in heels. Not forgetting the small touches that make a big impact!

The client commented this was their “best event yet!” and SEVEN now run their MIPIM event every year.
