The challenge
Our client partnered with SEVEN to design an employee appreciation event that rewarded its people with a memorable day away from the office. The experience needed to combine team bonding, great hospitality and engaging activities within a central London location, creating an inclusive celebration that left employees feeling valued, connected and recognised.
The solution
We proposed The Cube at Canary Wharf, an exciting, interactive venue known for its immersive game-show-style challenges – perfect for team bonding and high-energy fun. A full buy out of the venue allowed us to customise the game and experience tailoring to the required team sizes and timings.
To keep the momentum going throughout the event, we brought in a professional host to lead the day. The host helped set the tone with humour and enthusiasm, ensuring everyone felt involved from start to finish. In addition to the main activity, we organised a raffle giveaway, adding an extra layer of excitement. Prizes included top-tier items such as wireless headphones and experience days, which added a premium feel to the event and gave guests something extra to look forward to. High-quality catering was provided throughout, keeping energy levels high and taste buds happy.
