The Chancery Rosewood

The Chancery Rosewood will set a new precedent for hospitality in unexpected and imaginative ways. Set to open late summer 2025 in London’s prestigious Mayfair District. Housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, the Grade II listed building is currently being reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. With 100 junior suites and 44 suites designed by Joseph Dirand, publicly accessible spaces including 7 bars and restaurants, a ballroom with a seated dinner capacity for 510 people and 4 additional meeting spaces, the property will elevate the art of relationship hospitality to new heights. The Chancery Rosewood will inject new, progressive energy back into London’s cultural scene.

The Newman

The Newman, opening in Fitzrovia, will offer 81 bedrooms, suites, and apartments. Its rooftop will feature a signature suite with a private terrace, and exclusive use of the floor can be booked. Amenities include a European brasserie, a cocktail bar, private dining rooms, and a wellness floor with hot and cold experience cabins, a salt therapy room, hydrotherapy pool, treatment rooms, a meditation studio, and a gym.

The Other House

The Other House Covent Garden, opening in Q4 2025, will offer 146 signature bedrooms and Club Flats featuring kitchenettes and living spaces. Located near the theatre district, it will house the latest outpost of its destination cocktail bar, the Owl & Monkey cocktail bar, The Other Kitchen brasserie, a private club, and the Peacock Lounge rooftop bar with panoramic views of London’s iconic landmarks. Wellness facilities include a vitality pool, sound bath, treatment rooms, and a gym.

Opening in the iconic art deco building of former Queensway shopping centre, Whiteleys (now ‘The Whiteley’) is the UK’s first outpost from global wellness and resort brand Six Senses. The hotel will offer 109 bedrooms, suites, and 14 branded residences, a cosy lobby bar, an all-day dining restaurant, private event spaces, and a courtyard seating area. Its spa will include a 65-foot indoor pool, fitness facilities, and an Alchemy Bar. Six Senses London will also feature their first ever member’s club called Six Senses Place.
