In an elevated edition of its annual summer company event, Roland Berger brought teams from across the UK together for an unforgettable escape to the breathtaking island of Mykonos. Designed to take the experience to the next level, the programme combined luxury hospitality, exceptional dining and memorable moments in an inspiring island setting.
As one of the most anticipated events in Roland Berger’s internal calendar, the programme was designed to celebrate success, strengthen relationships and create valuable opportunities for connection and collaboration outside the office. Staying at the luxurious Myconian Imperial Hotel, delegates enjoyed a seamless blend of business and leisure, with every touchpoint carefully curated to deliver an exceptional island experience.
The details
Mykonos provided the perfect setting for an elevated summer company event, combining luxury hospitality, iconic venues and memorable shared experiences.
Following group flights from London, delegates headed straight to Kalua Beach Club for a relaxed beachfront lunch, cocktails and time by the sea. A surprise private speedboat transfer then whisked guests to the Myconian Imperial Hotel, where the first day concluded with a poolside welcome dinner, traditional Greek entertainment and plate smashing.
The following day balanced business with leisure, beginning with a conference session before delegates enjoyed lunch and free time. The evening continued with dinner and dancing at Numi.
To round off the experience, guests took to the water for a private catamaran cruise along Mykonos’ stunning coastline before returning home or extending their stay on the island
