Pepsi Lipton required a virtual event platform for their annual European Marketing conference. Following a successful first virtual conference due to the pandemic the client decided to keep this event virtual, so they could attract a wider audience for the event.
The event platform needed the ability to be customizable, as well as broadcast a high-quality stream, to keep attendees engaged. Usually, this event is held a month later in the year, but it was brought forward extremely last minute. Which meant we needed to come together quickly as a team due to the tight time constraints.
The agenda, built within our bespoke event platform, with a jam packed itinerary of two full days of presentations and activities for all attendees. With over 40 different presenters, we needed to quickly organise diaries for technical checks and rehearsals, whilst working efficiently as the presenters were perfecting their content up until the last minute.
The conference ended with an awards ceremony, which we broadcast into zoom so that attendees could socialise with each other, plus it gave us the ability to spotlight the well-deserved winners. The awards were followed up by virtual musical bingo to wrap up the ‘together we shine’ theme on a high.
SEVEN were a dream to work with on our marketing event. Due to a late date change, we had a lot to do in a short space of time and at every point we felt reassured we would achieve our aims. In the lead up to the event we had an ever-changing agenda and their flexible but ultra-organised approach meant we always felt in safe hands. The team navigated us expertly through our first virtual conference of this kind; the event was a great success, and we can’t wait to partner with them again.
