The Event

Our client needed a virtual solution to replace a live product launch and training event for a new medical device product. The five-day event needed to pivot from a live setting to virtual, with the same level of engagement to ensure the learning outcomes were achieved. With a complex agenda over five days the key was to ensure the virtual event platform would provide a hub for delegates to navigate from plenary sessions to breakouts and activities, all from one agenda, and make the delegate journey seamless throughout. Our HubSeven platform enabled us to provide this seamless event experience on our fully customisable web-based platform, that was created bespoke and branded to the event. To keep the momentum across the five days we worked with the client to shape the agenda and content to ensure there was interaction and engagement throughout. Delivering the content professionally by managing and producing the live streams with our virtual production team. The event included a mix of live plenary content, produced demo sessions, breakout workshops, interactive activities and a few special extras, including a virtual escape room challenge, musical bingo, awards night with cheese and wine delivery, DIY biscuit decorating kit, pizza in the post and a delegate welcome pack delivered pre event with product branded promotional items.
