The Event
Arcus were looking to throw a celebratory 10th birthday party for their staff and partners to honour their last 10 years of hard work and achievements. It was key that the venue had a summer outdoor element to it and that it was sophisticated yet modern. The Trafalgar St James Roof Top was picked as the venue, being the ideal setting for a sophisticated party set against the iconic London backdrop. On arrival to the party, guests were greeted with champagne and invited to the terrace to unwind and kick the evening off in style! To help create the perfect ambience we sourced a live jazz band, October Moon, who performed 3 sets throughout the evening. The delicious canapes and bowl foods flowed throughout the evening. Followed by an all singing all dancing branded birthday cake cake cutting, that added a wow factor to the speeches. Extra special touches like a branded photobooth and branded gifts made sure that guests would not forget the special night!
