the famous le manoir quat’saisons is located in oxfordshire. the hotel was created by celebrated chef raymond blanc. the year they opened the restaurant received 2 michelin stars and they have managed to keep hold of them ever since! the acclaimed raymond blanc cookery school is what draws people here. offering a range of different course there is something for everyone. there are 4 night residential courses where each day your skills will develop and you will get to taste a range of different ingredients. they also offer fantastic day courses where you can learn to cook a spectacular 3 course menu.
sauce by the langham – michel roux jr
sauce by the langham is a wonderful cookery school based in london. the kitchen itself is elegant yet has a rustic feel. its kitted out with all the best equipment and has a lovely pantry where guests can enjoy their creations. they can offer a range of different cookery lessons from a few hours to a full day! why not upgrade your experience have the master himself michel roux jr lead your class?
the kitchen at chewton glenn – james martin
the kitchen at chewton glen is a modern cookery school. james martin himself regularly hosts morning and afternoon classes at the school. so guests can be guaranteed a culinary experience packed full of loads of great tricks an tips. the kitchen prides itself on using the freshest of ingredient including it’s own herbs and vegetables from the garden.
