While it is an early start for your guests, we guarantee it’s worth it. SEVEN will arrange for you to be picked up from your hotel and taken to a beautiful base camp, where you can get signed in and of course enjoy a cup of Moroccan tea. The great thing about Marrakech is that they have so many different size hot air balloons meaning that we can accommodate most group sizes. The group will watch the hot air balloons come to life, once ready to go the group will jump into the baskets and take off into the sky.  . As you gently drift above the city and out over the desert, the views of the Atlas Mountains and surrounding landscapes are absolutely breathtaking. The Most Anticipated London Hotel Openings in 2025

Cambridge House (premiering late 2025)

94 Piccadilly, a historic address once frequented by royalty and political figures, is being transformed into a 102 bedroom hotel. Formerly home to the Duke of Cambridge, and later the esteemed base of the Naval and Military Club, this Grade I listed Georgian mansion and Palladian-style townhouse will retain its rich heritage while offering a mix of private luxury and vibrant social spaces, capturing the essence of modern London life.

The Chancery Rosewood

The Chancery Rosewood will set a new precedent for hospitality in unexpected and imaginative ways. Set to open late summer 2025 in London’s prestigious Mayfair District. Housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, the Grade II listed building is currently being reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. With 100 junior suites and 44 suites designed by Joseph Dirand, publicly accessible spaces including 7 bars and restaurants, a ballroom with a seated dinner capacity for 510 people and 4 additional meeting spaces, the property will elevate the art of relationship hospitality to new heights. During our own adventure, we were captivated by the sheer beauty of the Delta and the incredible wildlife encounters. We were lucky enough to spot a leopard basking in the sun with her cub – a truly unforgettable sight.
